```Duties```

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Cold call and prospect new clients to generate leads and build a customer base
- Utilize software and CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and manage leads
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with sales management team to set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them
- Assist with inventory control and management at the dealership
- Provide sales support by answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information

```Qualifications```

- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Proficiency in using software and CRM systems for sales tracking and lead management
- Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and closing deals
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and commissions accurately
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive industry is preferred but not required
